Branch office registration conditions
The foreign investor should first apply to the MOEA’s Central Region Office for an advance check of his or her company’s Chinese name and field of activity, as well as the retention of such name.
After that, he or she should apply to the MOEA’s Central Region Office for “Recognition of Foreign Company,” investment amount appraisal, and registration as a “Branch of Foreign Company.”
